Project Overview

Nestled within a lush avocado farm in Maïfadoûn, this modern stone residence was designed as a serene retreat that celebrates nature, wellness, and timeless luxury. Expansive terraces capture panoramic views of rolling hills and farmland, creating a seamless dialogue between indoor comfort and the surrounding landscape.

Architectural Concept & Materiality

The residence blends rustic authenticity with contemporary clarity.

• Natural Stone & Glass Façade
  Locally inspired stone walls anchor the home to its terrain, while expansive glass openings invite abundant daylight and frame uninterrupted views. The contrast between solid and transparent elements creates harmony between shelter and openness.

• Modern Minimalism
  Clean lines, a neutral earth-toned palette, and uncluttered spatial planning define the aesthetic. A flat or gently sloped roof with generous overhangs provides shade, comfort, and visual lightness.

• Warm Natural Interiors
  Wood accents, natural textures, and ergonomic layouts enhance comfort and create a grounded, calming atmosphere throughout the home.

Outdoor Living & Wellness Integration

Multi-level terraces extend the living areas outward, offering both open-air and shaded environments for relaxation and gathering. Landscaping is thoughtfully curated to blend seamlessly with the agricultural surroundings, reinforcing the indoor–outdoor connection.

Guided by principles of wellness and feng shui, the design maximizes natural light, cross ventilation, and spatial flow. Elements of grass, water, and organic materials enrich the sensory experience, supporting a lifestyle that feels both expansive and deeply personal.
