Project Overview

Orange Green was commissioned to redesign the Escrow Studio office, creating a refined, professional workspace that reflects the company’s reliability while fostering a warm and collaborative atmosphere. The 2,000-square-foot interior was reimagined to balance openness, efficiency, and client comfort within a cohesive modern design language.

Design Concept

The design embraces a minimalist aesthetic grounded in earthy tones, natural materials, and integrated greenery. Warm neutrals, soft browns, and layered textures create a calm and sophisticated backdrop, while strategically placed planters introduce a strong indoor–outdoor connection. The result is a serene, nature-inspired environment that enhances focus, wellbeing, and productivity.

Spatial Planning & Function

The layout centers around an open studio workspace that encourages team collaboration and fluid communication. Flexible workstations maximize efficiency while maintaining comfort and visual clarity.

Private meeting rooms and a central conference space provide areas for confidential discussions, supported by acoustic treatments for discretion. A thoughtfully designed break area and kitchenette offer employees a space to recharge, continuing the cohesive material and color palette throughout.

The completed office reflects Escrow Studio’s core values—professionalism, trust, and community connection—through a clean, welcoming design. By combining modern minimalism with biophilic elements, Orange Green delivered a workspace that enhances workflow, supports employee wellbeing, and elevates the client experience.
