Dar Al’ Sahra

A harmonious blend of traditional Emirati design and cutting-edge sustainability strategies.

This house is designed to be a testament to the rich architectural history of the Middle

East, while also addressing modern environmental challenges in order to achieve net

zero energy cost to operate the building all year long through water recycle, thermal

insulation, renewable energy, efficient heating and cooling system.

The building materials are locally sourced and renewable.

This is our competition entry for the House of Future Buildner hosted by
Calatrava International, Zaha Hadid Architects, Bjarke Ingels Group, Studio Seilern Architects, MVRDV and Foster & Partners and Abdul Redha Abu Al Hassan of Roads & Transport Authority.

Maison du Desert

Un mélange harmonieux de design traditionnel émirati et de stratégies de pointe en matière de développement durable. Cette maison est conçue pour témoigner de la riche histoire architecturale du Moyen-Orient. l’Est, tout en relevant les défis environnementaux modernes afin d’atteindre des objectifs nets coût énergétique nul pour faire fonctionner le bâtiment toute l'année grâce au recyclage de l'eau, à l'énergie thermique isolation, énergie renouvelable, système de chauffage et de refroidissement efficace. Les matériaux de construction sont d'origine locale et renouvelables.
